"Derek was very thorough in his explanation of what he would do to rebuild our deck. He inspected underneath to get an accurate idea of what needed to e ordered and what needed to be done. Because of that he was chosen over other contractors. He showed up when he said he would on time everytime. He has a strong work ethic you don't see very often any more. He conversed with us throughout the job to be sure it was up to our expectations. We are happy with the completed job. He was very pleasant and easy to talk with and understood exactly what we wanted and he did it."
