When an appliance company dropped a 400-pound stackable washer and dryer on the sidewalk outside of our garage , Elron found movers who were working down the street to come over and help us out. This was not unusual for crews, they always went above and beyond. What really stood out to me was how Elron went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed to the highest standard. He was very detail-oriented and dedicated to making sure that every aspect of the project was perfect. His work ethic and attention to detail were truly impressive. "I selected Mark Besnos and Horizon for an extensive interior remodel of my home. The project included removing a soffit ceiling in about half the house, installing a new support beam to eliminate a post, wainscoting in the living and dining room, hardwood flooring in the renovated areas (except the bathrooms), two new windows, and a new fireplace mantel. Mark has excellent taste. He was great at accommodating his visits to my work schedule. A project of this magnitude is bound to encounter some challenges, and Mark was good at explaining them and presenting options. The trades who worked on my home were top notch. Mark and his team were always on top of things, communicating often via email (my preference) and also texts. The end result has exceeded my expectations.
