"I paid a down payment for 1000 and one month later Juan Alvarez and partner showed up. They were done after a few hours, the partner conversing on his phone or with Juan about private and family matters in Spanish. He worked on the doors and windows, while Juan did the walls. They collected final payment and left. Juan Alvarez returned for small correction on front door, angry and plaintive for wasting his time."
