The threshold brace boards supports mounted under crawlspace, were rotted too. Mr. Fred replaced without any issues. He also installed a moisture barrier. Door was a special order & was measured professionally by HD & measurements, were not correct. Mr. Fred was very precise in making all adjustments needed. Door fits perfectly.
