Prior tk Direct home I had discussed this with 4 other Service Provider all of them suggested to replace the system that would have costed me anything from 20K to 35K. We had our heat pump stop working over the weekend and, after calling 3 other places, TMS was able to get a tech out to look at it the same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me the options on how to resolve it. They were able to get the part in and fix it within 2 days. I worked with Ashely over the phone and she was so helpful! She was able to answer all my questions and provide me with all the information I needed. She would promptly return my calls and kept me updated on the process. Stanley, the technician that came out, was very professional. He wore his mask and protective gear when coming through the house, and was able to get the job done in a timely manner, even working in this crazy heat.
