"We were referred to Carpet Connection in July of 2019, after we flooded in May and had to rebuild our whole downstairs. We had removed old tile from downstairs, but we were unable to remove everything. We needed the floors to be floated, and we needed to pick out new floors. Steve was very helpful when we met him.
