"This 2017 year ...They made spray adjustments and worked out detailed rescheduling with attention to new plants and areas that had more or less sun. Greg got us all fixed up this time. We have a lot of faith in the quality you'll receive from GreatWater. Oh ... and the more efficient water usage keeps the yard and beds looking great at minimal cost. The switchover from old fashioned water sprinkling to efficient irrigation is definitely worth it."

They also moved a big boulder from my back yard to the front and added others to match. Concrete work was done in the back. Excellent work, nice and respectful crew. The owner was very detailed."

I called seeking an alternative to the tinted stain the installer was planning to use. Price was the same as the installer so I went with the installer. But Cody's expertise and willingness to answer my questions even though it cost him this job was very impressive. I'll go to him when I need to renew the stain in a few years."

"Very well. The owner came to look over my trees, was VERY informative and detailed, even gave me lawn care advice. We scheduled the service, and right on time, his crew showed up(with him) and performed the work. The trees look PHENOMENAL. Clean, letting more light in, off the roof, etc. Only thing I'd say was LESS than perfect, was at one point one of the limbs fell on my wife's Canna plants. Thankfully it only broke one stalk, and they have recovered fine. Also--I'd have preferred to have the "pruning sealer" sprayed on the trunk where the large limbs were cut off. Lastly--although they used a giant chipper to remove all the wood, there was still some little twigs/sticks across the front yard. I went back and picked them up. Overall--very happy with David and his team."

Guys that came were nice and did the work well, but did not take the debris with them.  I figured another truck must be coming for that.  When it didn't the next day, I messaged the company to inquire about when they would be by for it.  No response.  Followed up twice.  No response.  Finally, after a week, I got a call.  They had just then checked their messages and called to apologize, said they'd be by the next morning to pick up.  No one came that morning.  Called again. They told me they came by to pick up and there was nothing to pick up.  I let them know that the big pile of debris was still in my front yard.  I was looking right at it. Turns out they had sent the pick up person to the wrong house.  We finally got it all straightened out and they came and picked it up a week after the work had been completed.  They were very nice and very apologetic, just a little disorganized and unresponsive to messages sent through Angie's list.

"We started with Kelly Green (KG) back in 2013 at our newly built house just southwest of Fort Worth. Our 1+ acre lot was basically grass sod rolled out onto pretty solid rock. That spring we got a notice from our HOA about how bad the weeds were. So, after checking around, we selected KG. One year later we had more grass and very few weeds and we have used them ever since. I have watched a couple of neighbors continue to struggle with their yards, but KG keeps our lawn looking good. Last year I added fire ant protection and will continue to do that as well. They have responded quickly when I have called about any issues that I might have. So we will continue to use them as long as they maintain this performance. (KG asked if I would write a review when I signed up for this year (2020) again, but we are not related in any way to anyone at KG and got nothing in return. They just have done a good job for us.)"

"First let me say, City Wide is fantastic. Matt is always very helpful and responsive, my husband and I always say good service is hard to find- that is not the case at City Wide. I believe Eric is their sprinkler man and he is equally terrific. He began by running our 15 zone sprinkler system, then marking areas with issues. Our yard is slightly less than 1 acre and with hot Texas summers proper coverage is critical, especially with the current water restrictions. He advised us of his recommendations and once agreed upon he began his work. He was literally at our house for several hours, working the entire time. Now let me tell you, we have performed sprinkler "tune ups" every spring since we moved in, 8 years ago and now have ever been as thorough as this one. Even though, the bill was $500+, my husband and I felt like we finally got our monies worth. Eric helped to ensure all areas were covered, changed out sprinklers that were in effective due to  landscape maturity, etc. I would highly recommend City Wide to my friends and family. And we will definitely use them going forward.
