"Ward plumbing came at the time he said he would, did the job and gave me a reasonable price. There was a slight issue with the repair and he had to be called out back out again. I wasn't provided with a time for the recall and, consequently, waited around for Ward Plumbing to call me which was a waste of my day. Nevertheless, the problem with my hot water heater has been fixed and is working again."

Paid the extra bucks for emergency service, because of our smallish waterfall, looking leak, sprouting from a bathroom pipe, enough to puddle water onto our basement/laundry room floor. Initially, spoke to Chris, who was pleasant and upfront with the per hour fees, for emergency services. He sent us Tim, who was hesitant at first, due to the location of the leak, but his experience and knowledge, enabled him to decipher the location of our leak and fix it. A quick trip to Lowes, where he promptly returned and in 90 minutes, the job was done. A week later and the valve is bone dry. Yay!!!"

Also installed a utility tub in my laundry room. I didn't even call done rite till maybe 11:00am. They came did all work and where out of here by 5:15. How is that for same day service. "Albout 14 units replaced but there were some issues with cabinets that had to be repaired since the employee damaged the doors. The damaged was repaired. There was a clall back on several of the heaters but that was a function of the heater manufacturer. These items were addressed and put in working order. There was some concern that the heaters were seconds but we were assured that this was not the case. I think the job was too large and smaller jobs will be handled apropriately

"Howard arrived on 9/30/13 exactly on time and started installing the tiles in my master bathroom. I have basic handyman skills so I assisted ( at my own choosing ) with mixing the mortar and cutting the tile . Howard did the brunt of the installation and he was done fairly quickly.  The next day he arrived to grout the tiles.   When he was finished, the tiles looked amazing.  Howard's pricing is very reasonable. Total time spent for both visits was just under 3 hours. It's hard to find good contractors that are trustworthy.  I am very pleased and will contact Howard for future help.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
