The guys were pleasant and seemed very conscientious about their work. They were concerned that we were satisfied with the job they were doing. Blowing insulation is by nature a messy job. However they controlled the mess throughout the day and cleaned up perfectly when they finished. David followed up several months later to ensure that everything was ok and that we were satisfied. How often does that happen?? You can’t go wrong with these guys."

If Lionel recommend checking for termites and basil send you someone get the report insist on seeing it before your closing!!! Any other recommendations from basil will be unprofessional don’t make the same mistake I did please !!!! Just to name a few $17,500 Cash complimentary food ,my payed Materials all gone and ..... if your looking for all your brand new items in your home painted up ,cement and full of dust not to forget on finish paint job in EVERY ROOM, new Windows with paint all over the outside, I was told by him and him team everything is finish ,after driving 14 hours clean and mop my dad room to give your 80 year old dad a bath to find out there’s very little water coming out his bath by then where coughing from the bleach , there’s not enough water to wash out the shower, went to second bathroom same problem but a little more on the bottom . Theses are brand new showers ! water leaking under the sink and they put a T-shirt under after 3 months 3 weeks don’t take any advice from basil. His intention I think is good buy at the end of the day I’m paying for a service not empty words and unprofessional work ! He’s a smooth talker that will cost you stress and more money in the end !"

Let's out all that aside, nearly I'm pretty sure more- I had the lady I called send me every single invoice and 17 of them were service related calla for my 4 year old Reem unit they installed. The installation looks like **** outside, they zip tied my 8k unit outside to stop it from screeching..seriously. I called a manager today and he told me, usually you should of called prior to us installing 6k worth of duct work. I was baffled, I was advised if this **** wasn't fixed I'm going to blow my whole unit. He also told me he doubts anything can be done. I could write a list of maintenence issues and mistakes, money pit and I promise you every tech says something different. Come for a check up and there is an issue. Every 6 to 9 months. Just dropped 6k for one guy to come in and say the wholeeeeee time that was the issue. The manger was totally unsympathetic & told me scotts was bought out 2 years ago so my attorney could not do much of anything. This is seriously how they operate. 16k in the hole with in 4 years. Between missing work, the money & the stress I can't get that back. Avoid this company 100%. At all costs, don't get screwed. Avoid this company"
