"After a hailstorm in the area, we had D & K Builder's, out to inspect our roof. He also was available when our insurance adjustor came out to inspect the roof. Our insurance adjustor initially did not want to replace our roof, but they took the time to point out the damage and stood up to our insurance adjustor for us in an area we knew little about. They were very timely and prompt with their service and replaced our roof in just a little over two days. It looks great and they did a quality job. We are very happy with their work and them as a company and we would highly recommend."

The entire project lasted about three months, though it likely would have been completed sooner if not for the holiday season. Regardless, everything was strategically planned and executed on time. From a financial standpoint, the payment structure was transparent, with a clear breakdown of what percentage was due and when, based on project milestones. Scott would send a simple notification when a payment was due, but work continued without delay—even before payments were received. There was never any pressure, just a well-managed and trustworthy process. Fortunately, we had the funds and stayed on schedule with our payments. Prior to the basement project, we had already taken on a few other home improvements, including painting the interior and closing off a wall to add closet space. We hired another company for that work, but in hindsight, I wish we had discovered American Home Remodeling sooner to handle those projects as well.
