He was extremely thorough, courteous, very punctual, very detailed and meticulous and was extremely conscientious of taking care of our home. He completed everything he indicated he would do and did it with excellence. He left our home cleaner than when he arrived and his team were extremely pleasant to have working on the job. Craig also did extra work and the outcome was fabulous. I plan on using Craig and his team from now on for any work I need performed that I elect not to do myself. "Great contractor to work with! We recently had a delivery driver drive their vehicle through our garage door causing structural damages to our home. Contacted Michael Roper for assistance and he and his guys were onsite within 24 hours to inspect the damages and develop a repair plan. We experienced difficultly with the driver's insurance and Michael was there for assistance in that department as well. Very professional group to work with and their communications are excellent.
