I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family."

GCS inc dealt with my HOA, pulled Dade County permit, is licensed and insured with very reasonable prices. Their project manager was always punctual, responded every time to calls, texts, and emails. I was on the hunt for someone to match my backyard, and while repainting my kitchen, I found his card behind my fridge. I thought, why not give him a call? To my astonishment, he’s still in business after all these years! He answered the phone and came over to give me a free estimate. Cesar managed to recreate the same pattern to match the front of my house and gave me a fair price. He designed the borders to complement my yard and even created a safer step-off for my patio using some leftover pavers I had. I had also bought a new shed, and he was so kind put it together and build a paver base to keep it stable. Also I needed my sprinkler system fixed, and he referred another guy for that. Now my yard is absolutely stunning! My neighbors noticed this and they started using his services. While he was working on their yard, he even came by to help me blow the leaves off my sidewalk. I can’t recommend Green Grass 3 Landscaping enough! If you need anything done, don’t hesitate to give him a call."
