"Zane and his helper removed a big, old, eyesore oil tank from the basement. I was told it would have to be cut up in order to fit out the door. Zane quoted the job accurately based on discussion and pictures, showed up as scheduled and did not only a fantastic removal job (without damaging anything), but also did not leave a mess. They brought a shopvac! The area looked so much BETTER after they left than when they arrived. I wish every contractor I hired was as professional as Zane. My experience working with Zane was extremely positive. I cannot recommend him enough and would give him a 5+ star if I could!"

We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Hart Masonry and Waterproofing to anyone that has basement structural or water issues."

I am so pleased with how the basement looks, and the quality and thoroughness of the work product makes me think it should outlive me! The crew arrived exactly on time. The foreman explained everything they would be doing, step by step, and answered all of my questions as we walked through my basement, and around my house. He was knowledgeable, patient, and with an easy manner that made him very approachable - I could ask anything (and I had a lot of questions) and he took the time to talk to me. He's great, and an asset to the company. The supervisor was excellent. He's clearly experienced, and that expertise and professionalism shows in the efficient way he worked through the project, and he looked after me and my house like I was family. I didn't interact much with the crew, but they were friendly, and in good spirits - which makes me think they like their jobs, too. And the job finished exactly when the foreman said it would. I do have follow-up questions (there's a lot to absorb, and I should have written things down), but I am confident that OSW stands by its work, not to mention its warranty.
