"Everyone I spoke to at Redwood was very nice and professional. They were able to come out quickly to give me a quote and were always very responsive. However, the patio was installed about a foot too high. The subgrade material was spilling out and I assumed they were not finished and would be out to fix it. Nope, that is how they were going to leave it until I pointed it out. They came back out to grade out the lawn and add sod, but I was charged for that work. Overall, the finished project looks fine but it took longer and cost more than anticipated. I would not use them again."

Once the job was completed he was detailed in reminding me how long it would be before the fence could be painted because the wood is pressure treated and the paint would peel off if the wood hasn’t cured long enough, great information!
