"STOP AND READ THIS REVIEW. Do not purchase from Stoneside Blinds & Shades, really anywhere, but especially in Atlanta. They are completely smoke and mirrors, and have dropped the ball every step of the way. Here is a list of the issues: - Lied about when the product would be available - Lied about when the installation date would be - Rescheduled the installation date after it was already late - When an installer finally showed up, he found that he didn't have all the parts This is completely bait and switch, and you won't get your products. Customer service doesn't care, they think the customer experience should be the first thing to go. They don't have enough staff, don't know how to manage orders, it's all around just not good business. I would not recommend buying from them and am pursing further action to get a refund and file complains with the BBB."
