"They installed an antenna so we could see local TV, mostly for watching football. The upstairs TV works perfectly. The downstairs TV does not get 4 or 5 at all. The outside TV gets 4 and 5 but they are distorted. I called and Robert came by the same day and took care of the problems."

By installing the antenna in the attic rather than outside, the idea was that the antenna would never turn on its own, so it is mysterious as to why only one television is receiving any signals. They quoted me a price over the phone that includes the mount hardware, wiring, HDMI cables, labor, and a certified electrician to install a new electrical outlet up in the wall. They arrived on time (actually a bit early), did exactly what they set out to do, did a VERY nice and precise job, cleaned up after themselves, and charged exactly what we had agreed.
