"When I had a clogged drain, I chose Harmony to come out and snake it. I already knew the pipe was in bad shape since this is something Iâ ve had to deal with at least once a year. However, this time the issue reoccurred within just a few months. Harmony sent Adam to inspect the problem with a camera, and he clearly showed me where the line was damaged. He provided me with a detailed estimate and patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident about the process. I decided to move forward with the replacement, especially since they offered 0% financing for 18 months, which made the decision even easier. Overall, the experience was truly five-star. The entire Harmony team, from the office staff to the technicians, was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I couldnâ t be happier with the service I received. I recommend!"
