"Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
