"I needed my floodlights lowered that were located way up high on the side of my house, which presented a challenge accessing. (Side note: I had other companies flat out say they couldn't do. One company actually showed up, parked in front my house and turned around and left without giving me the courtesy of a face to face discussion.) To further complicate matters, we had the windiest day on record and snow to boot -all the while I was kept updated about their attempts to get the job done in between the bouts of unpredictable weather. I'm happy to report that the job is complete despite the challenges and I'm very pleased with the results."
