"I have been using the team at home breakthrough for years. At this point they fully remodeled my basement including adding a new bathroom/wet bar. As well as a huge overhaul of my main floor bath and laundry room. The quality of their work is outstanding. I also love their quote structure. They start with a labor number and give you an idea of what materials will cost but it’s essentially a chose your own adventure on how high end you want to go on features etc and they are very helpful to guide you on the way as well as have great experts to point you to on cabinets, fixtures, tile, countertops etc to help you achieve your vision. They did an outstanding job from conception through to the last details in finishing an extensive series of renovations - complete kitchen tear-down and renovation, master bathroom and closet teardown and renovation, two bathroom complete retiling/renovation, building two new rooms out of a very large basement, and replacing two forced air HVAC systems - they managed all aspects including proper construction permits. They did high-quality work at a very good price. They did an outstanding job with the work, with high attention to detail. Their communication was very strong from beginning to finish, their initial plan recommendations were excellent, they made several recommendations to not only make the job better, but also make it more cost effective along the way. "🚨 Avoid Len the Plumber – Negligent & Unsafe! 🚨 I hired Len the Plumber to install a brand-new water heater, but it failed after two weeks. They promised quick service but left us without hot water for days. Worse, the first technician concealed a serious fire hazard—the heater’s electrical components had actually caught FIRE and burned! A second technician finally admitted the fire risk, meaning my family could have been in grave danger. This is pure negligence and completely unacceptable. They replaced the heater but only after multiple delays, zero accountability, and putting our safety at risk. 🚫 DO NOT trust this company with your home’s safety! 🚫"
