He was very flexible with my schedule and professional when he showed up to my home. Jay was able to identify the issue right away and started to break away the solid ice that had accumulated in my freezer. He melted away the buildup so that it cleared the blockage. "We are very pleased with our whole house remodel performed by our contractor, Rick Simmons of Coastline Construction. We received four bids from various contractors which were all competitive. We chose Rick for various reasons including that he was easy to communicate with and that he uses his own very skilled employees, no subcontractors. We completely remodeled the kitchen, the main and secondary bathroom, laundry room and installed new flooring throughout that required grinding and leveling the concrete slab. Every wall and ceiling was retextured and painted. It was a HUGE job. Rick is a hands-on contractor who stopped by the house 3-4 times a week (sometimes everyday!). Rick kept us up to date on scheduling and every addition we made to the scope of work was clearly documented in change orders that we discussed with him. We had a good idea of what we wanted design-wise and the end result reflects that vision."

"We were very happy with the work done by Horizon Construction on our remodeling project. We love our 1954 suburban home, but the two bathrooms were in serious need of updating. Horizon started work and we immediately knew we were in good hands. The workmanship on the floor and shower tile was superb. In our master bath we had custom tiles installed in the shampoo shelf that made our shower really shine. The workers in charge of painting, vanity installation and plumbing were very friendly and professional. We felt very comfortable having them in our house. They answered questions and communicated their progress to us. The overall job was done in a timely manner and we were always informed of any delays. David the project manager kept us updated throughout the entire process and helped us to realize our vision of a southwestern style guest bathroom. He took care of all the paperwork with our city's permit process. We were given notice of any delays and he responded to texts immediately. On one occasion, while we were shopping for vanities at a local warehouse, he texted with us for over half an hour to make sure we got the right one. Halfway through the project we decided to re-pipe our entire house and David made that happen. His plumbing crew had the re-pipe done in two days. We feel confident recommending Horizon for your remodeling needs. They respected our house and it showed in their work. We can't wait to show off our new bathrooms to friends and family!"
