And offered to assess my clothes washer the next morning between 10:00 and 12:00! The next day Larry called me when he was on his way, arrived within his window, and was very friendly and entertaining. Most importantly Larry seemed very familiar with how to diagnose my problem—his many years of experience shows! Even though Larry had to give me bad news (the replacement part would cost more than a new clothes washer), he made the whole experience so pleasant and explained the problem so well that my husband and I could accept his assessment with confidence. Larry also gave us some tips on the type of new washer and features he thought we should look for, etc. Larry clearly deserves 5 stars!"

Once started, they worked quickly and efficiently. We did have a few small hiccups, namely using our garage to cut tiles and mix thinset, which created an exorbitant amount of dust coating my tools, bikes, and anything else that was stored in the garage. We also had an issue with the cleanliness of the home after some of the workers left, however, after we brought it to Helio's attention, he made sure to tell the team to do a better job moving forward. Contract was a little confusing, so I would encourage many questions to clarify things ahead of time such as timeline for selecting certain items, confirming when the next payments are due etc. All in all, we're pleased with the project and how it turned out."
