I have seen poor craftsmanship, unsafe structures, and faulty work throughout my life. so, I retired from being an electrical superintendent to change the way contractors do business and to create safe structures that you call home. The next couple days, they worked with me to get a quote ready. Once we decided what we wanted done, they were very flexible in getting us in on their schedule. Daniel was our technician and he was great! He was very transparent on what we wanted to do compared to what he was able to do. (We wanted a complete clean with all the add ons, but he told us with the type of floor we had, it would be best to do things differently.) He explained his reasoning and it ended up saving us around $700. Our floors were not in the best shape, but with his help, they look SO MUCH better. Sorry, I've already turned down the two lowest bids AND Ricky's bid is the 2nd Highest. Of course I want excellent work at the best price, don't you? Getting bids and making a decision is called doing your due diligence. Ricky has been very unprofessional and might have opened himself up to a libel suit for calling me a liar. I'll let the attorney decide if there is a case, there. Ricky even wanted to replace my roof that's 15 years of a 30 year life. It only needs cleaning. RUN FAR AND FAST FROM RICKY."
