"Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.

"Brad had a very professional crew. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves and were extremely friendly and polite.  They tried to put everything back as they found it, including drapes and blinds.    The people he had patching the drywall, ceilings and trim in preparation for the paint did an outstanding job.   We just could not believe the transformation. Considering the extensive amount of trim in this house, I believe the price was very fair for the amount of labor that went into it.
I believe they underestimated how long the prep work would take for the job, which put them a little behind their estimated completion date; however, he did not charge me extra for the time.
I would hire this crew again, with no hesitation.
