"I would definitely recommend C & J Well Co. A very good friend of mine suggested that I call them. I called on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and spoke to Josh and within minutes Logan one of the technicians called to let me know he was on his way. Unfortunately, the pump was stuck. It took quite a few attempts, days and hard work from Logan and other crew members. Finally, Brad with C & J Well called on that following Friday morning and said he was on his way and he will get the pump out. "I checked with three other companies and US Water impressed me with their knowledge and punctuality. Also their ability to come down a bit on the price was a help. I was trying to remove a large amount of rust from my system as well as get a functioning water softener. The technician was on time and friendly. Once the old water softner was removed, things started to get a little more complicated as the piping back to the pressure tank was rotted, as well as the pressure tank itself. A hurried trip to the plumbing store was needed to ensure I had water for the evening. The owner and I discussed the cost of this additional repair, and we agreed to worry about it after the repair was complete. Installation was halted after the pressure tank and new lines where run because it was 8PM. They agreed to come back in the morning to finish the installation of the rest of the system. The next day they showed up on time and finished installing everything. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the whole process and how it all worked. When we went to settle the final bill, we agreed to split the cost of the new pressure tank and parts, with the labor being thrown in for free. I ended up with a new pressure tank and piping for $100 which is cheaper than I could have done it myself. Since then the system has functioned flawlessly, and there is no more rust in the water. "Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Advanced for a job well done."
