Gave a B on price because it wound up being twice as much as phone quote since I chose to add the suggested sanitizing process, which made sense in my situation (selling house), but I think optional items could have been mentioned earlier. Still, I’m sure I would have hired them anyway; I appreciate the safer products since small paws cross this carpet often. Overall, great job and great experience!"
