Called them back and they said they they could go checkout the missing shingles today (Hurricane Sandy). Next thing I know, I get a call at work that they were on my roof. They gave me an estimate and I authorized the work (not worth bidding out). Work was done before and they were gone before I got home. Had one decent rain with no issues."
