Omar showed up at the time agreed to and fixed the problem, now I can open and close my fence again. WE were very happy with Omar's professionalism as well as the quote for the job. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"Fifteen years back, I hired Cesar to do the borders on my front yard, and I absolutely loved it! I was on the hunt for someone to match my backyard, and while repainting my kitchen, I found his card behind my fridge. I thought, why not give him a call? To my astonishment, he’s still in business after all these years! He answered the phone and came over to give me a free estimate. Cesar managed to recreate the same pattern to match the front of my house and gave me a fair price. He designed the borders to complement my yard and even created a safer step-off for my patio using some leftover pavers I had. I had also bought a new shed, and he was so kind put it together and build a paver base to keep it stable. Also I needed my sprinkler system fixed, and he referred another guy for that. Now my yard is absolutely stunning! My neighbors noticed this and they started using his services. While he was working on their yard, he even came by to help me blow the leaves off my sidewalk. I can’t recommend Green Grass 3 Landscaping enough! If you need anything done, don’t hesitate to give him a call."

"We needed some landscaping done after finishing some outdoor plumbing problems. I contacted several Landscaping Designers and contracted with Pristine Landscapers to complete the job. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. Any one who needs landscape designing should contact them because they are the BEST."
