"The house was a challenge. 20 years of a heavy smoker and an undiscovered death for a time. This company came in, explained what we needed to do then provided the service. This required a third coat sprayed on, which he did with no additional labor charge, only materials."

Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace - Materials Not Provided by Consumer, Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + Rooms, Basement - Remodel , and 2 more
"Terry and his team did a great job. We had him complete our basement. It took about 8 weeks. The job was a complete custom job with a large media room, full wet bar, kids play room, large workout gym, full bathroom, and three different storage areas! Terry and his employees we very pleasant and trustworthy within the home. I am very impressed with their work. He was very easy to work with and had zero qualms during the whole process from design to build or from budget to final touches. He has a good team and has good subcontractors, electrical and plumbing, who were also great people and did awesome custom work that was functional for the design. If they thought something might work better once they got started they were always great to explain why but not overbearing. I would recommend and hire Terry again if I need further work in the future."

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
