Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace - Materials Not Provided by Consumer, Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + Rooms, Basement - Remodel , and 2 more
"Terry and his team did a great job. We had him complete our basement. It took about 8 weeks. The job was a complete custom job with a large media room, full wet bar, kids play room, large workout gym, full bathroom, and three different storage areas! Terry and his employees we very pleasant and trustworthy within the home. I am very impressed with their work. He was very easy to work with and had zero qualms during the whole process from design to build or from budget to final touches. He has a good team and has good subcontractors, electrical and plumbing, who were also great people and did awesome custom work that was functional for the design. If they thought something might work better once they got started they were always great to explain why but not overbearing. I would recommend and hire Terry again if I need further work in the future."

"We remodeled our kitchen and mudroom with All-American. Our experience was great from the beginning to the end! Chris gave us a quote that was reasonable and did his best to stick to it. Kelly helped us design our space and went through several drafts as our vision changed. This project took 3-4 months to complete and the guys on our team were reliable, honest, hardworking, polite and flexible. We have two young children and a neighborhood full of kids. The work was done during the summer and Chad, our team leader was so thoughtful and careful with the children who were around. All American uses their own staff for the whole job. Chad was there every day and saw our project from through to the end and Chris stopped in about weekly to check the progress. Chad had 15+ years of construction experience and it showed. All American uses the expertise of their staff as well, calling in specialists for plumbing, flooring and electric as needed. Chad was patient and willing to work with us to tweak our project as needed. He talked us through our options and guided us to local or online resources to select our materials. All American has good working relationships with local distributors demonstrating their professionalism as a business partner too. Our kitchen and mudroom turned out beautiful and transformed our spaces into rooms that are much more useful for our family."

"We really could not be happier with the final results of the two projects. They did work on both a bathroom and our kitchen. They showed up on time, worked daily until the projects were complete, worked diligently throughout each day, cleaned up all work areas daily, and were very pleasant to work with throughout the projects. They took the time to listen to what we were looking for, translated those ideas to tangible working points, and remained flexible when our vision changed slightly during the process. The crew went above and beyond in a number of areas we had not considered, because it fit with the overall theme of the work. Communication was constant, plentiful, and valued. We have nothing but great things to say about Kitchen Brothers and the work they did for us. They were even nice to our German Shepherd that constantly wants to investigate everything. As the brothers will tell you, they arenât the cheapest contractors on the market, but they treat your home like it was their own, and their work speaks for itself. We would certainly utilize Kitchen Brothers again, and we give them our highest recommendation. You wonât be sorry!"

"Ken did an amazing job for me. He first came and did a free assessment and then provided me with a quote, without any pressure to hire him. I hired him because of his professionalism and very fair pricing structure. He always communicated with me during the several week project, always showed up on scheduled day and time, and even painted walls I didnâ t know I wanted painted until he got started. I highly recommend Ken for any of your home or business needs! As a matter of fact, Iâ m going to hire him to install a couple ceiling fans and paint my front door now too."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
