Plumb Tite is a different kind of service plumbing & HVAC company, committing ourselves to deliver nothing short of exceptional! This is because YOU deserve better! I know -- big talk and promises are easy, but we back up this commitment by never charging a service fee - ever! It is our job to EARN your business first - and if we haven't you don't pay us a dime. Different - Refreshing - Better. We offer amazing and thoughtful customer service, appointments designed around your schedule, and expert real licensed technicians that are honest and genuine. We follow up, show up on time, and present you with affordable up-front pricing first. You should never be asked to settle for less than excellence - expect and demand better!
"I was thrilled with the professionalism and how quickly this company was able to get to work. They found a simple solution to our problem and fixed it. Another company gave us an estimate 10X what we paid with PlumbTite for many unnecessary items. Unfortunately the post project clean up was not to my liking as there was sewage spill all over the basement floor after the crew left (our house smelled like sewage for weeks after) otherwise I would be able to give all 5 stars."

We also specialize in water damage restoration & water cleanup services. We can fix and clean up your flooded basement too. Roto-Rooter is a 24-hour plumber near you and provides emergency service.
"They were able to come out quickly to assess the issue, then schedule the work. The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."

CHRISTIAN OWNED & OPERATED & SERVICING THE DAYTON/NORTHERN CINCINNATI AREAS SPECIALIZING IN PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL & HVAC. OHIO LICENSE #44718. BONDED AND INSURED. 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE. CHECK OUR WEBSITE AT rkplumbingandhomeservices.com.
"I couldn't be happier with the service received by Rick with RK Plumbing and HVAC. Our water heater died on a Friday night. When I called (close to 9pm), Rick answered and told me he was able to come out to our house Saturday morning. He gave me all of the costs upfront on the phone so we knew exactly what to expect. Rick arrived first thing in the morning. He was polite, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We have very hard water and no water softener at this time, so he recommended flushing our water heater every 6 months (you wouldn't believe how much lime was built up in the old one!!!) and even let me take a video of him explaining how to do that. We will definitely be calling Rick for any future needs we have!"

The Basement Doctor respects you and your home – expertly performing the contracted work, being punctual, employing a drug free workforce, and skilled experienced installers. We only use ethical sales practices and honor warranties without hassle. All of our staff follows clear rules of respect, responsibility and integrity. We treat you the way we'd want our own families treated. Financing is available, lender qualifications apply. Additional services: mold clean-up & prevention, basement finishing, dehumidification & battery back-up sump pumps and emergency response to flooded basements.
"Basement Doctor work crews were prompt and polite, accommodated my requests, and cleaned up beyond my expectations. There were, however, significant problems. Estimate was incomplete -- need for dehumidifier was not emphasized until after the work was in progress so was not in the contract. Cement dust was bad enough to injure my lung. However, Basement Doctor made what seemed like reasonable effort to contain the dust. The same might have happened no matter who did the work. After phase one was done, there was dampness along the crawlspace wall where drainage had been installed. I was told that it was not wet. In order for it to be wet, there had to be standing water. When examining the conditions in order make an estimate for phase 2, my project manager looked at the crawlspace drainage that had been installed in phase 1, he saw something that caused him to call the production manager, then told me that there was a problem with the drainpipe as installed in phase 1 and that it would be replaced in phase 2. This left me with worry about whether the rest of the work had been done correctly. When phase 2 was complete, I expressed disappointment that the appearance of the encapsulation did not live up to expectations. Primarily, the taped joint between the material used on the floor and part way up the wall and the silver insulated material used on the was not level, and was wavy to an unsightly extent The white material billowed out from the wall into the floor space rather than going down the wall consistently then out onto the floor. The project manager said that Basement Doctor guaranteed the function of the work, not its appearance. The foreman said that the white material would, over time conform to the wall. (It hasn't.) The project manager said the production manager (director?) would call me. It took three months and a nasty letter from me for that call to be received. When he came to my home the production manager reiterated that Basement Doctor stood behind the function of their work, not its appearance -- at least for the type of work done in my home. He said that there had been no problem with the drainage pipe that had been replaced, but that it had been replaced at my request. At that point I wondered who I should believe. He did improve the appearance of the encapsulation by adding tape so the joint was no longer wavy."

A septic tank typically lasts 15 to 20 years, depending on the materials used, maintenance frequency, and soil conditions. Regular inspections, proper pumping, and careful water usage can extend its lifespan. Professional maintenance ensures your system remains efficient and helps prevent premature failure.
Your septic tank should be pumped every three to five years. In fact, the recommended interval for pumping is every three to five years, as this schedule effectively prevents the buildup of solids and maintains the system's performance. Factors such as household size, water usage, and the capacity of the tank can influence this interval. Adhering to a regular pumping schedule minimizes risks of backups and system overload, ensuring efficient operation and longevity of your septic system.
Your septic system shows signs of failing when you detect noticeable odors and unusual moisture or overly green patches in your yard. In essence, clear indications such as unpleasant smells, gurgling noises from the plumbing, and areas of excessive vegetation or saturation signal that the system may be compromised. Additional symptoms include slow drainage and standing water near the drain field. These warning signs require immediate professional evaluation to prevent severe damage or environmental hazards.
