Albert was very knowledgeable and had a great selection of floors and countertops on display to show me. We ended up having hardwood flooring installed in the whole house, quartz countertops installed in our kitchen, and granite countertops installed in both our bathrooms. Albert managed the entire project from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the entire process. His installers were great and I was surprised by how fast they were able to put the floors and countertops in. My home looks amazing and I will definitely be using Floors Galore for any future renovations."

"Back to Perfection is a perfect name for this company. We didn't realize that Corian could be refinished. We were referred to Back to Perfection and treated to a professional experience process that was well done from start to finish. Our countered has Corian sinks as part of the countertop and they were pitted and wanted them repaired as well as refinishing the entire countertop. We were delighted with the result. The refinished countertops look like new and "Back to Perfection". Recommend Back to Reservation without reservation."

With such an overwhelming project, our Solid Stone representative walked us through each step of the tear out and rebuild process, answering thousands of questions and even taking us shopping for materials and supplies. SSM served as our general contractor, having all trades readily available, making biweekly, sometimes daily onsite visits. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. In addition, they were very helpful and proactive with documentation for the release of flood insurance funds from the mortgage company. Solid Stone Manufacturing will be our first choice for future needs."

"After Hurricane Harvey flooding and the subsequent repairs to our home, our tile floors were in deplorable shape. Todd and Tylar were AWESOME to work with. The were very collaborative. They explained to us every step of the process and kept us in the loop though out. I would hire their team in a minute if we required any more work of this type. While the cost was not insignificant, it was reasonable. That was topped off by their services being preformed in an efficient and timely manner. The floors were all beautiful for the Holidays and many visitors. We can't thank them enough!"

"If you need a new roof, or think you might, just call DAV. Michael was my Project Manager and he was outstanding from beginning to end. Always available, good flow of communication, sending me pics throughout the installation. Educated me on the process, materials, best practices, etc. I got bids from several roofing contractors. DAV had the best price and also gave me the best feeling overall that they would handle the job properly. They got the job done quickly, didn't tear up my landscaping, cleaned up very well afterwards. Michael even came by a couple times to sweep for any missed nails himself. I couldn't have asked for better service and I will definitely use DAV again in the future. Don't waste your time looking around...just call DAV. ."

"Working with Gabriel at Planet Granite was the best experience we've had with contract work. Gabriel and Gladys came out to take measurements quickly upon our request. We had a tight timeline to work with since we were having the work done after we purchased the home but before we moved in. We then went to a granite yard to view the colors available and selected key west gold for the kitchen and new venetian gold for the bathrooms. Gabriel had both colors at his fabrication shop already so we selected our specific slabs from his shop, along with our sinks and the finished edges. The crews that work for Gabriel are very professional, courteous and efficient. They took measures to minimize their mess and also cleaned up after themselves very well. It took only one day to install all of the granite. We also utilized Gabriel's crew for the installation of a backsplash (tumbled travertine that we purchased ourselves) and the plumbing work. The plumbing and travertine backsplash was finished on day two. A lot was accomplished in a two day period and the quality of work is excellent. After the work was done, Gabriel stopped by the next evening to inspect the work of his crew and ensure our needs were met. With all the stresses that come along with relocating your family, it was refreshing to have a pleasant experience with contract work."

"Antonio Otero of Houston Resurfacing and Construction accurately diagnosed that there was no mold on the corner molding of my drywall. He quickly performed the repairs and helped me avoid unnecessary mold remediation efforts. For that, I am most grateful. Antonio exercises an economy of effort. He was unable to find Perlite ("Sand") drywall texture to match my walls, so he chose Orange Peel texture. The mismatch is barely noticeable and avoided delays in the completion of work. As a general contractor, Antonio is young, shy and sometimes overextends himself. When I asked him for a price for electrical work, Antonio gave me a low estimate that his electrical subcontractors would not accept, which forced him to backtrack. When I selected a different electrician from the one that he recommended, he was embarrassed and avoided coming to the house while the selected electrician was onsite. Nevertheless, he tries hard to please the homeowner and I wish him well as he progresses in his profession."
