"Titan Remediation did an amazing job. They found mold in four rooms and it surfaced throughout the air vents. They also found a leak in the air handler out in the garage which caused the mold to form at the drainage area. It was really a mess and it produced a foul odor that radiated through the house. Luckily our insurance policy covered for mold remediation. Chris was great with meeting the insurance agent and having the work start immediately. They took care of everything.
