"Called for waste pipe snake at 9am on a Sunday. Within 90 minutes they had a skilled plumber at my door with the proper tools for a difficult job. He looked at all options to remedy this issue and attempted them in order of difficulty. If calling again I will request Sean. He obviously knows what heâ s doing, is thorough and capable."

"I was completely satisfied with my experience with E.L. Aprea Services for replacement of our gas water heater. Upon contacting Fernando the day after Christmas, he quoted me quickly and accurately and scheduled replacement first thing the next morning. Both of the installers he sent were extremely courteous and efficient, working together to overcome obstacles they encountered such as clogged drains and not trying to take advantage of such situations as other companies might do. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to others and look forward to using them again when the opportunity arises."

"I called Hains Drains and they agreed to service my drain problem on Saturday. The issue was bigger than expected and they came out of Sunday to finish everything. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. I will use them again in the future."

"We hired another company to install two new shut off valves in our basement. Our house is very old and actually has lead pipes coming into the house. The original plumber installed the valves and left without the water being turned back on. When it finally was turned on, there was a small leak in the compression fitting to the main line. So, we called Slades to come fix the problem. John was upfront about his service call pricing and hourly rate, and I found both to be completely reasonable. The best part of my interaction with Slades, however, is that I no longer have to worry about the problem. While my original plumber (a company that touted their decades of experience) had every excuse as to why the job could not be done properly, John simply solved the problem. Here is my highest form of praise: If I ever have another plumbing problem that I can't fix, I'm calling Slades."

"Prompt, reliable, dependable and honest. Came out right away and diagnosed the problem. I had two contractors out prior to that who were trying to overcharge me and didnâ  t have a definitive answer of what was wrong . Thank you m. Will use again!"
