"I had been havibg issues for 1.5 yrs. No one could figure it out. Felix, a very astute, very sharp, and dedicated professional diagnosed the problem 5 minutes after removing the toilet. He found a 2nd tank and septic system. I was never told by the seller. There was no clean out above ground. He found old cast iron plumbing deep down. He removed it and gave me a new clean out area. He had his boss stop by to check it out as well. 2 professionals putting theur heads together. He suggested I call a septic service as we had no ideas when it was last checked.
