The sales Rep Michael was very thorough in explaining everything about the choices and the product. Very knowledgeable about the company and the product. Our installer Brian Vosburgh, was amazing. He was here before 8am and finished completely by approx 6:30pm. He worked non stop all day and when he finished he cleaned everything up. He did a beautiful job! We are thankful West Shore chose Brian to do our install and we love our new walk in shower. Thank you Brian Vosburgh! Mike Cary, sales rep, came right on time and answered the questions I had. I wasn't rushed at all and he explained the procedure from start to finish. Some came on the line and set up appt for final measurements needed. Dennis, called and let me know he was coming to do the measurements. He was respectful of my home and was also right on time.
