"Koala Insulation of Central Atlanta did a 5-star job installing our new-and-improved spray foam insulation into our attic. Now our home is more efficient, cleaner and temperature fluctuations have been evened out because the attic has been sealed from Atlantaâ s air â Â no longer allowing car exhaust, brake dust, pollen, mold spores, dirt, pollution â to freely circulate in our HVAC systems. Ryan was 100% transparent/trustworthy throughout the process â Â educating/answering my questions about spray foam insulation â Â communicating expectations about removal of the blown-in fiberglass and spray foam install process. During the process, it was discovered there were numerous holes in the roof ridge cap shingles. Ryan helped facilitate connecting me to a roofing company to do an emergency inspection/quot. Iâ m very grateful this problem was discovered during during the insulation project and fixed properly. Ryan and his team simultaneously coordinated with the roofing company to complete the project as scheduled. I could not have asked for a better outcome. (see below) They did not finish the project. I asked if they were going to finish the paint job and told me that was not part of the quote. I asked specifically and was told it was included. At the end they said they would only match paint. They wanted to paint my kitchen 2 different colors. I had to finish on my own. Do not use! I was disappointed in Pure Home and Angie's list. I thought Angie's vetted their recommendations. "

"Brandon was good to work with on the initial install. The price was much better than his competition and scheduling was straight forward. His crew was to remove all the blown in insulation in the attic followed by the spray foam. The crew left about 20% of the insulation in place. After Brandon did the initial spraying I could tell immediately something was wrong. Our AC system was running much more than before. We went backwards on energy savings. Brandon returned and sprayed more foam. It helped a little but we were still worse than before the project. I've used a thermal camera and identified numerous spots in the attic where the heat transfers much faster than the other areas. Basically there are thin spots that need additional spraying. Brandon has gone quiet and unresponsive about doing the right thing and fixing what he should. I cannot recommend him at all. If you have blown in insulation, keep it. Spray foam is not the answer nor is Brandon and his company. "
