He was informative as to treatment needed and offered advice and solutions to remedy any future issues. He ensured that I understood the what and the why of the job being done. He was professional, detailed and thorough in inspection and resolution. He offered solutions on how to prevent moisture that causes mold. He checked crawl space dehumidifier and showed that filter needed changing, what type of filter was needed, and how to change. He noticed during his inspection that gutters needed cleaning badly.
