"Marcos and company had unforeseen challenges with our 2001 water front home. Some minor repairs turned into major repairs due to water intrusion. They had to spend a full day removing the water damaged wood framing and another full day of carpentry work to restore the weight bearing damaged wood before they could complete the exterior caulking and painting. They were fantastic to accomplish the extra and unexpected repairs with quality and with a very reasonable price as well. Many painters would have either walked away from the job or would have left us to hire a framing crew to do the repairs.
