Not long after I moved in, part of the stucco ceiling on the front porch crashed to the ground. I think it goes without saying that it was a revolting and unexpected development. I requested quotes from the usual North Shore/north suburban firms. I received mostly eye-watering quotes that seemed completely unreasonable to me as a commercial property manager and real estate broker. Insurance and industry estimates were around a third of what many of the quotes were. Lilian Touch came out and quickly drafted a quote. They respected my desire to do a patch since we are undecided regarding how long we intend to stay and what we ultimately want to do with the exterior. Once we decided, Rafael was able to get me on the schedule quickly and they were able to complete a stellar job in just two days. Rafael and Lilian were not the least expensive quote, but I felt entirely comfortable with their estimate and I trusted them to stand behind their craftsmanship. The repair looks amazing and blends in near-perfectly.
