"Stotler Construction was hired to frame a new construction project at my house in Del Mar. They were great with communication and were very responsive to any questions I had. Once the work began, the crew showed up on time and was professional and courteous. The workers seemed to know each other well and enjoy working together. The project (about 1,000 sq/ft family space, game room and storage) was completed without issues or delays and for the price originally quoted. The owner, Bart, is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and was very helpful with his guidance and advice. He truly cares that the project be completed to a high-quality standard, even the non-framing elements. Bart even responded to questions/emails while he was on vacation and over the Christmas/New Years holiday. Another aspect of working with Stotler Construction that is appreciated is that they placed the order for materials through a local hardware store (Dixieline) and I was able to take advantage of their contractor pricing, but paid directly, so materials were not marked up. Considering how expensive building materials and wood have become, this saved a good deal of money. I am confident recommending Stotler Construction and thank them for the great work."

It made a huge difference to the front and back of our property. Green landscaping (our water bill dropped about $50/month despite adding more plants). Did I mention the workmanship? Second to none and still more cost effective than 90% of the bids we got. We cant wait to save up to buy another home to get to do the landscaping again. CONS: None! Ive recommended them to a few of our neighbors. From the looks of the signs in the neighborhood, it looks like they took our advice, too."
