"We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Wow. We selected a matte sheen for our interior and they used velvet, didn’t repair nail pops, & used a long nap roller, leaving an orange peel texture on our previously smooth walls. We had some areas needing sanding which were not properly done. To be fair, when we raised concerns, they returned promptly & did a nice job fixing the exterior. They applied 1 coat of matte to the interior, again using long rather than short nap roller we requested. 1 coat didn’t fully cover the shine and orange peel remained. My husband preferred to attempt a fix ourselves rather than having them return again, so we told them it was better. We told them we applied a 2nd matte coat with a short nap roller to further reduce shine and smooth the walls. They did not acknowledge this or offer any rectification. We paid $2400 for our interior, applied 2nd coat ourselves, and are stuck either living with orange peel or paying another company to fix it."

He was consistently timely with communication and responses to any of my inquiries. The team of three with Don's assistance worked for two days to complete our project. Other contractors who worked solo were giving us time estimates of 6+ days. As we wanted to keep a tight timeline to reduce our time without our kitchen, we found this team approach was perfect. In addition, when they needed to finish up a final coat of ceiling paint they offered to come back after dinner so that the next day contractor would not be impeded. They were all professional, neat, and did superb prep work. We had a large between room wood door frame with damage, that they did a fabulous job of filling - with paint it looks brand new again. They also took care of some ceiling water damage and areas that were problems on 1941 cabinets, again not show after painting. They prepped and painted a multi pane window above the sink (with water damage) beautifully. I would highly recommend them!"
