This past summer I had my ceiling sprayed and was happy with the how it looked immediately. 6 months later I began to see some cracking in the paint, but was not completely concerned. A couple weeks later it began to start peeling off like a river birch. At this time I called and left Don a voicemail, and sent an email. Waited a week to follow up again, still nothing. After multiple emails and voicemails with photos of the issues, I have not received a response. I was not even that mad as things happen, but to disappear when your work is being questioned has me really disappointed. When speaking with other painters they have told me this issue was due to too much paint too fast (coats not completely curing)."

"We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Wow. We selected a matte sheen for our interior and they used velvet, didn’t repair nail pops, & used a long nap roller, leaving an orange peel texture on our previously smooth walls. We had some areas needing sanding which were not properly done. To be fair, when we raised concerns, they returned promptly & did a nice job fixing the exterior. They applied 1 coat of matte to the interior, again using long rather than short nap roller we requested. 1 coat didn’t fully cover the shine and orange peel remained. My husband preferred to attempt a fix ourselves rather than having them return again, so we told them it was better. We told them we applied a 2nd matte coat with a short nap roller to further reduce shine and smooth the walls. They did not acknowledge this or offer any rectification. We paid $2400 for our interior, applied 2nd coat ourselves, and are stuck either living with orange peel or paying another company to fix it."

"High Rollers Painters did a fantastic job for us. We have a large walkout rambler that needed extensive prep and some carpentry to be paint-ready. We were pleased to find a company that could handle the carpentry as well as the painting. The company is closely managed by Leo, the owner. He communicated with us quickly throughout the whole process from estimate to completion. They started and finished the job when they said they would. Leo was on-site overseeing the job and working almost all of the time. His crew was friendly, polite and hard-working. They went the extra mile - giving the side of our house that gets sun an extra coat of paint and even using the power washer to get rid of moss on our patio. "I cannot begin to express my absolute gratitude for Andrew and his staff. I found myself in a bit of a bind last week. I had verbal approval to paint my cement stairs in front of my townhome. The board and management company decided that they would not honor this as it wasn't in writing.
