"Went very well. Gave them a key and they worked while we where away for a few days. They were looking for a leak issue. They found and fixed. Also did a few other smaller items and replaced damaged drywall ceiling. (finished and primed) All was documented with pictures and they kept me informed. Came home to a job well done.
