"When you can't get your car out of the garage, you need help quickly, and the Village Garage Door man (I think his name was Josh) was here within a couple of hours on a Saturday. He checked the entire door and the opening system and said everything looked good except for the spring which was broken. He efficiently replaced it and greased the track. I'm a very senior woman who knows nothing about the mechanics of a garage door opener and he could have taken advantage of that, but he was honest and polite.
