"I meant to write this review a year an a half ago but never could get to it. This company overcharges!!! We had our Duct system replaced. Way too expensive! 1,400 sf home and got charged $14,000. We had mold in the system so we were desperate but still when we compared prices afterwards, they overcharged us by a lot. At first they were very professional and included a once a year maintenance but we haven?t seen them since then. When we try calling them they give us the run around. We have left messages without replies. We should have looked for more estimates. Please make sure you really look for at least three to four estimates before deciding. "

"Vital AC replaced the compressor in my AC unit. I had purchased the Air Conditioner from them four years ago and although it seemed expensive to replace the compressor, it was explained to me that the price included the manufacturer's warranty. So I proceeded with the repair. Some complications occurred during the repair, but the nature of the complications, and the solution, were explained to me by my Warley, the owner of the business. Because there was a weekend involved, it took a few days to repair. They graciously provided me with a temporary portable AC so i could wait a few days for the repair in comfort, for which I was very grateful. On Monday, Warley showed up to do the work himself, to make sure it was done right and that I was satisfied. I am very satisfied with the repair and their service, and the personal attention provided so that I would be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Vital AC."

"Wise Air Conditioning replaced my ac condenser and handler. After calling three different companies I made the choice to go with them. They offered me options, were priced the best, the labor portion of their warranty was better, a thermostat was included, and our air is blowing cold. They also removed tons of bushes that were previously growing around the old ac condenser and there is now ample space for the new condenser to do its job. So grateful I found Wise Air Conditioning."
