"Had a screen room installed by Mark a year and a half ago. I had a bent track on the one window, which makes it unusable. He knew the track was bent on install so he would take care of it and a year and a half later here we are, Mark does not return phone calls or text so now I have a screen room that I have a window that I can’t use and Mark doesn’t seem to care so I guess the warranty ends when he gets paid lifetime warranty that is"

"The work performed was outstanding and Eric is a skilled craftsman. The only Issue I have is that I assumed it would be a Time and Materials job and it was more of a "it would cost a lot to replace it so it costs a lot to repair it" costing. I strongly recommend that anyone who uses this contractor get a solid cost prior to starting. That said if it wasn't for this I'd give 5 Stars"

"This was my first remodeling project & I’m grateful that I found J. Meraki General Svc. (Javier and Diana) on Angie’s list. When I initially reached out, I explained that I was currently trying to get $10k back from a plumbing company that breached our contract. Not only did I have a limited budget, I didn't know if I could trust anyone again. During our initial telephone conversation, I gave some general ideas on what I wanted done. On their first visit, they arrived early and fully prepared with tile, cabinet & paint samples. I felt comfortable with them & they reassured me that I wouldn't regret working with them. And they were right!! I was still a little nervous about the process and would text or call Diana with question after question. She was always patient, and never made me feel like I was a bother. Prior to starting the project, they told me what to expect and gave me an estimated timeframe. The team always arrived on time, worked tirelessly & made sure to "tidy up" before leaving for the day. Javier's eye for design and color was better than mine, so I asked him for suggestions on paint and floor covering. I now have two beautiful bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen & beautiful floor.
