Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them. We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone. First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge. We scheduled repairs for the next day. Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.  He was very informative, courteous and helpful. "This company is something else. Had 2 new units put in July of 2021?3.5 years later? coil leak. Here?s the kicker- they NEVER closed out the permit and will not preform warranty work. They are blaming me for the permit. I have never seen a company that does not handle their own permitting. They want over $3k to replace the coil just for labor. They also say there was a labor warranty extension that was never offered to me. Aside from all of that, they are rude and condescending. I even went into the office to discuss and the GM would not speak to me because he was walking out the door at 4:33pm. I have no A/C and they do not care. Beware!!! Things have changed there."
