They were actually able to finish this project a lot quicker than expected. Definitely gave me a piece of mine that I didnâ t have to worry about where the crew was are getting in contact with the office. I have dealt with some pretty sketchy construction companies and contractors in the past grateful that this wasnâ t the case here!"

"Texted 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. Wore a mask for COVID protection which I appreciated since he was going to be in my house. I wore one also. Thorough job of cleaning the firebox and sweeping the chimney. Prepped the area with drop cloths and barrier around fireplace beforehand. Took pictures and showed me what he saw. Got on the roof to inspect the chimney. Explained everything he was noticing and what needed attention. Took pictures and videos of where the roof meets the chimney. Roofers did not apply flashing when the roof was replaced several years ago causing water to be directed towards the chimney instead of away and off of the roof. Rain seeping into the chimney and dripping into the fireplace from this morning’s rain. Very professional. I felt confident to hire the same company to do the needed repairs. Detailed estimate was very clear. Repair scheduled for the same week. Ray went into the attic to make sure there were no leaks from chimney. Would definitely recommend to others and in fact have already done so."

"They were a little backed up with jobs, but were still able to bid, construct and complete a two day job within a month (excellent). They constructed an interior wall and added a door. Part of the wall was 15 feet off the ground floor. I honestly can't tell a difference between the new wall and the old. Paint match and texture were perfect. I WILL be hiring again. Again, they are incredibly good."

"They came the same day I contacted them. Started my project the next day and finished it the next day. 3 days and I had my guest bathroom tiled and ready for use. Very happy with them and will certainly call them again for any repair work that needs to be done. Everyone was polite, friendly and efficient. "Before beginning this project, we did our due diligence and interviewed many contractors. Efren Estrada was the only one to present us with plans, multiple options of how to proceed, and going through the proper channels of securing the proper permits. Being our first ever time doing remodeling, communication was always open to see what materials we liked; flooring, shower tiles, sinks, doors, etc. He was able to work within our budget and build us a great home addition (garage conversion). The only small issue and not Efren’s fault, was the time to complete the project. Getting permits, Inspection scheduling, scheduling gas to be shut and having to reschedule to turn on definitely added more time onto the project but in the end we are very pleased with how it turned out. We will definitely be doing business with him in the future."

"Sheetrock in the entire garage ceiling started falling down. MD Construction replaced all of the garage ceiling, taping and bedding. They also blew in insulation in the entire attic of the house, along with the garage ceiling. The entire project was done in 3 days. The project was done perfectly and with great detail. I would highly recommend this company for any type of construction that you might need to have done."
