"I've never worked with a contractor that was as good with communication as P&A. One of the associates is the owner's wife, Katie, who maintains the email communications. I once sent an email indicating an issue and I got a call back within 5 minutes. Of course they can't always be that fast, but the average response was very quick. One of the components of our job ended up being less expensive than expected, so we actually paid less than the bid price. The owner did not need to pass the savings on to us, but that is the kind of guy he is. One of the tiles cracked the day after the install was finished. P&A had it repaired within 48 hours at no cost."

We have used him for several years for jobs ranging from drain snaking to a full bathroom remodel as well as outdoor faucets and water heater replacement. Nice to have qualified people out there to do a great job. He is punctual. He is timely and professional He prioritized my needs. I am very impressed with his honestly and his integrity. Great communication skills."
